Features that were supposed to launch weeks ago are still missing, and every time you ask for an update, you’re told to check back in another week — only to be met with the same delay. It’s frustrating and unprofessional. Honestly, the whole thing feels like it was built as a final project for a high schooler. It’s clunky, inconsistent, and nowhere near ready for public use.
