## What is The True Contract?

The True Contract helps service businesses create practical agreements while the details are still fresh.

Describe the work, equipment, payment, timing, and expectations in your own words. The app combines those facts with your saved business profile and service catalog to prepare a clear, custom draft. Review the full agreement, request revisions in plain language, and keep a history of every requested change.

When everyone agrees, lock the final text and sign together on an iPhone or iPad. Each signature includes the signer's typed legal name, signature strokes, a server-recorded timestamp, the locked document fingerprint, and a fresh device-reported signing location.

Features:
• AI-assisted service and equipment-use agreement drafting
• Reusable business profile, logo, services, fees, and standard terms
• Plain-language draft revisions with change history
• Customer Review Copies without signature lines
• Tablet- and phone-friendly agreement reading
• In-person finger or stylus signatures
• Typed signer names, timestamps, and signing-location evidence
• Encrypted server storage and agreement history
• Account and data deletion controls

The True Contract is drafting and signing software, not a law firm or substitute for legal advice. Review every agreement and consult a qualified attorney when appropriate.
