Effortlessly connect with your property management, on-site teams, and community.
 
Through The Trunk App you will see important information about your property and the wider estate. Manage access fobs and parcels, and receive instant news notifications or important messages from the office teams, helping you stay up to date with your home, the community and those things that matter most to you.

Our Residential App called Trunk, powered by Dwellant 2.0, is a bespoke communication system where you will be able to access the following information:
 
• Apartment instruction manuals, specifications etc.
• Book move-in / move out slots.
• Book in large deliveries.
• Book amenities spaces.
• Receive updates on the building maintenance.
• General information about the building.
• Contact details for service providers and the Building Managers.
• Parcel management (excluding food delivery, Uber, Deliveroo etc).
• Special announcements for Park & Sayer and local events.
• All residents can register to their move in.
• Defect reporting of any issues within your apartment, please refer to the Lendlease Home User Guide.
