このアプリを多用するときは疲れていたり、やることが溜まっていたり。そういう時は判断力も弱ってますからこういうので決めたりしてます。

ただし、あくまで結果が出たあと、本当にそれをするか否かを決めるのは自分です。
それをわかった上で使うなら、背中を押してくれるいいアプリだと思います。
