I will prefer the web than this app.

The app keep asking me to sign in when reaching different pages. It is so annoying. In the iPhone sand box, shouldn't the app hold the login for me to avoid sign in and sign in again? If no, why I need this app?

The app runs in a super slow speed, makes delayed response or lag device.

The menu images in food section can't be zoomed out which us very stupid.

An it hangs wayyyy too much. How come a famous U produce a crappy official app like this?

I cannot take attendance properly for so many times… so many technical issues… sometimes keep scanning, sometimes cannot find the event, sometimes cannot see the subclass

The uni ranks #11 in Asia but it manages to create one of the worst apps possible. Since changing attendance to be taken in this app, there are constant authentication problems. Need to re-login countlessly and sometimes multiple times until it works, not great when trying to listen to a lecture. The Microsoft authentication system is terrible. Why would you choose it? The app has a lot of random useless functions. What about a simple function that just lists the opening hours of the campus restaurants and where to find them on a map? Nope. What about a function to find classrooms by searching for classroom number? Nope. The app just puts HK in shame.

It’s 2023 and this app is still useless for student. Very ugly interface and super hard to used. It is the perfect reflection of HK’s technological level: outdated!
