I love this app! It gives me motivational daily quotes and health trackers .. physical and mental. Couldn’t recommend the Unshackled journal app enough! .

Wow, I’ve tried lots of mindset, routine apps, and this one is by far the best. It’s anchored in deep honesty, accountability and practical insights. I love being part of Unshackled.

I love this app. It helps me set up a structured day where I focus on stoic wisdom and apply it to my every day life. Each day I have a unique thought. I record my morning intentions and evening reflections and tick off my non negotiables from the Unshackled Health section.  I’ve had the good fortune to have completed the 6 week mentorship program and now I use the app for ongoing daily accountability and action.
