The app has not allowed me to log on for several years. Recommend checking this as my friends also cannot log on via the app even though most of them are kinda ok.

There is no point in using an app to check in as it never works. I drill out of state and fly once a month if not more. No matter how much signal I have, the app never gets past the checking in wheel of death.

I tried to place a screenshot however it is disabled. Developers please fix.

Tried adding my phone number to my profile and it never prompted me for the code it sent to my phone; it just went back to the main screen. I also tried editing my dates of service and every time I tried it automatically reset it to todays date. Only other thing I would add right now is the location of the closest USO. I know we don’t have one in our area but it could at least direct me to the nearest one instead of telling me what I already know (that none are in my location).

I used to use this app to check in quickly, but it no longer works. It just says checking in, but never actually finishes checking in. Thought it was maybe the location I was trying to check in to, but it was the same for another location as well. Loved the app when it worked.
