It’s a pretty slow app, I imagine because it’s running off an internet browser. It was awesome. It always did what you wanted. You could do fun things on it and customize the colors. It refuses that the app does no longer work, which means you cannot even set your own custom temperature. You have to go off of the whatever preset is made for that machine you are not able to. Make custom lights, custom session mode or even customize the settings of your device for the price of 400. After paired it’s much easier to handle the settings. Ok I changed my review like 3 times, cause I like it more and more lol. Still wish it was just all on the app itself tho, and not the bookmark saved on my Home Screen. Also wish I didnt have to reconnect my Carta every time I leave the app for a like a minute. Like say if I go to start up music real quick. I thought it would be cool too start up your carta from the app also. Tho I’m not a app maker, and don’t know if it’s possible for you guys to add that in the future? I feel like the app does what it has to do tho. Which is custom temps, lighting, and the general information about your device. Oh and another pretty cool thing is you can set custom screen savers on this app too. I have a One Piece screen saver now, pretty cool lol. And say you need a new atomizer or glass top, they have a built in store that links you to the product you need. They can improve some things, but it’s all really minor stuff to me in my opinion. I mean once you set your custom lights and temps, you really don’t need the app, until you need too change one of those settings again. Unless your constantly logging in to submit feedback after sessions, or too compete on the scoreboard they have. But yea overall great app, and recommend downloading. ### 5/5 — Total Control *2024-03-28* The app gives you full control with carta2. Upload screen savers, change the leds, there is even a leader board. ### 5/5 — Solid UX and VERY EASY to use 👍🏼 *2024-03-28* Absolutely love being able to dial in the perfect temperatures on both my AERIS and CARTA 2. But what really stands out to me is the XP leaderboard. It's fantastic to see a company utilize this feature to foster community engagement in a competitive yet fun way.
