Forced me to pay for a subscription/lifetime pass only to me that it couldn’t even convert .icns to .svg like the website claims.

Es werden nicht alle sachen konvertiert. Ich habe so ziemlich jedes oder jedes zweite mal, dass etwas fertig konvertiert ist und beim öffnen ist einfach nur weiß.. es nervt! Wofür bezahle ich das geld??

Konvertieren in Vektor erfordert Abo. Was auch nicht weiter verwunderlich ist, da die Umwandlung auf dem Server stattfindet. Leider ist kein Upload möglich, von daher erfüllt die App keine Funktion.

I tried to convert a PNG file to DXF or SVG , the program said it converted the file however when I try to import that file into shapr3d the file is completely empty. I tried multiple times and gave up and canceled my subscription.

Ich habe einige Bilder „versucht“ in eine SVG-Datei zu konvertieren. Schon beim Anklicken, dass ich in eine SVG-Datei umwandeln möchte, musste ich ein Abo abschließen. Habe das 3 Tage Probe-Abo abgeschlossen und beim 4. Bild festgestellt, dass es meinen Ansprüchen nicht genügt und das Abo am gleichen Tag wieder gekündigt. Heute gucke ich auf meinen Kontoauszug und man hat mir wirklich die Monatsgebühr abgezogen. Das ist mehr als frech, obwohl ich die Test-Phase nicht vollständig genutzt hatte. Leider geht hier nichts unter einem Stern in der Bewertung.

The whole point to me being willing to pay a fee was hoping it would let me save a better quality image, however, when converting my vector logos to png and attempting to save to my photo library, the quality was SO degraded that it was worse than if I’d just taken a screenshot on my phone.

Мало того, что ничего не конвертируется нормально, списали сразу 999, хотя я ставила галочку в пробном варианте подписки. Теперь вообще непонятно где это всё отменять! Верните деньги!

I just signed up for this app for the monthly service fee of 1.99 and instead they charged me 18.99 as soon as I downloaded the app. The app is a scam and most of my projects I tried converting didn’t even work.
