### 3/5 — Ordering fulfillment worse than ordering in the store

I ordered in the app specified I’d like the order asap. I waited 15-20 minutes. Came inside. Waited in line. Asked for the order. The people who ordered after me in the line got their food first. Only took 28 minutes to get the food. Not convenient to save time. May be good for larger orders, or with a some planning. Could be improved if food was actually made when the order was received - if requested. I would add though, I do love the food and generally the restaurant is a great experience. I’ll be coming back. This feedback is just about the workflow with orders from the app.
