I've checked for an update and it's up to date. Still will not allow me to change the store. ### 1/5 — Can’t Order *2026-07-27, version 4.92* I tried multiple times to add a credit card to pay, and it kept being rejected as incomplete details despite all of the fields being completed. Needs a lot of coding work, far better to use the website in the interim. ### 2/5 — Freezes alot *2026-06-04, version 4.88* I just downloaded this app yesterday and I login and when I look at my purchase history and I click on the order and I wanna look at more information. It’s frozen on the page and all I see is a little Cirkle like it’s thinking and I. Pass that page. I have to close out the page and go back in and it constantly does it so I have to go onto the actual website to get for. It’s not a Wi-Fi issue because I have no problems with my other apps. ### 3/5 — Ordering online should be more convenient *2026-05-08* When one orders online from a merchant, for shipment to one’s home, one would expect a product to be in stock *somewhere* in the country [unless it is being discontinued]. The app should NOT only order what is in stock at your “favorite” store. What has happened several times we ordered in sufficient quantities of certain products to get the free shipping. A large part of the order gets canceled with no explanation why. If you are going to cancel any part of an order, you should at least have the decency to have a human being call the customer to explain, or at least have your system be robust enough to advise the customer there is not enough quantity to fulfill *and why*. ### 1/5 — Rewards?? *2026-04-15, version 4.85* I don’t know about any of you guys, but I’ve had a lot of trouble retrieving rewards. There’s definitely a bad loop going on in the app. Im deleting it he app and no longer using it and going online directly from a search engine on my laptop because the app just doesn’t wanna work on my phone. I have to admit it’s kind of inconvenient when you’re trying to retrieve your rewards or coupons when you’re at the store and you can’t use your phone to do it. It’s been like this for a while.
