But this app just says all the words in a row, one after the other, leaving no space for the learner to actually practice saying the word out loud. How are we supposed to learn if the app doesn’t build in a way for us to say the words out loud along the way? ### 1/5 — Not so great *2019-05-24, version 1.0* I made an in app purchase for the New York accent. This didn’t provide me with much more than what was already available for free. Also, female voice was too monotone, no inflection, just straight reading. ### 1/5 — Not Really a “Free App” *2018-05-16, version 1.0* The only accent that has free materials is the Irish accent. The button doesn’t work. I hope this fix is made so we can access our purchases from different phones. It’s an incredibly complex subject but this app has broken it down into simple bytes that even I can understand. There is a lot in there which is both informative and user friendly. I particularly like the ‘My voiceover practice’ where I can make audio recordings along the way. It's so good having a voice app on my phone that I can use anytime I want to do a quick refresh on an accent. Super useful as I put my headphones in and listen en route to auditions and just for general day to day practise. Am recommending to my acting mates.
