## What is The Walkthrough Ai?

Practice the conversation before you walk in. The Walkthrough is AI-powered conversation drill for real estate agents — drop a deal in (paste a listing, snap an MLS sheet, share a link), and a realistic AI persona drills you on the conversation you actually have to have.

Listing presentation tomorrow at 4? Price reduction call with an anxious overpriced seller? Multi-offer negotiation where the buyer's agent is bluffing about backup offers? Low appraisal, financing fell through, disgruntled past client threatening to leave a review — there are 15 starter scenarios and 15 personas, and the persona library grows.

How it works:
1. Drop the deal — paste the listing, snap the sheet, or share a URL
2. Pick the scenario — listing presentation, price reduction, low appraisal delivery, etc.
3. Speak your responses aloud — your browser transcribes your voice into text (Safari transcribes on-device; Chrome streams audio to Google's speech service, standard for the Web Speech API), and the AI counterparty responds like the real person would. We never receive or store audio.
4. Get a forensic debrief — what worked, what didn't, where you got pushed off your line
