After in the phone number there is not way to continue cause the phat numbers can move . From iPhone SE 2022

Can’t get rid of keyboard to uncover the rest of the screen in order to sign up. Screen won’t scroll either. Was going to load more money into my account to take advantage of the year end special, but, app is totally nonfunctional. App designer & tester are obviously incompetent.

On iPhone 8, iOS 16: the app landing page requires entering a phone number to proceed, but the keypad covers the button the user would push after entering their number. There is no way to make the keypad disappear once you have entered your phone number.

The only page asks for the phone number with no send, ok, enter button. So I put in my number with the pad provided and get nothing. What a crock of crap

The TWH App, doesn’t resize on my iPhone, I have to use my iPad. Awareness: The Wash house has a camera man, shows up randomly, he takes pictures while you’re seating or doing something, and says he didn’t, the flashing of a camera in front of a persons eyes is a tell tell sign, it’s frustrating. If you don’t want to be in a random picture, leave when the wash house camera man is there.

I always lose my laundry card and this app is a lifesaver! It’s easy to use and track my transactions. The new update is nice on the eyes. Customer service is also really helpful when something comes up.
