## What is The Wave Pilates?

Exercise can be pivotal to mental and emotional health. 

There are moments in our lives that can feel like overwhelming, insurmountable waves…
and it’s within those moments that we can learn the greatest lessons and gain the greatest strength and a special form of wisdom, joy and empathy can be obtained.

We offer Reformer and Mat Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and sound and breathwork meditation. More than just movement classes, we create a supportive community dedicated to strengthening the body, mind, and spirit.
