Hi I have paid for the week India annual subscription but unable to use the app. Could not find the mail I’d or subscribed id as well. I need help or need the refund

Cannot sign into my account in Galaxy Tab S2. I can access my account from my iPhone. But it would be waste if I can keep reading articles only my mobile. 🤷🏻‍♂️
