## What is The Weightroom App?

Weightroom is a simple lifting companion for people who want to get through a workout without extra clutter.

Build workout templates, start a session, see the next set quickly, track rest, and review past sessions when you're done. The app stays focused on the core training flow instead of trying to be a social network, coaching platform, or account-based service.

Apple Watch companion:

Weightroom currently stores workout data locally on your device. There is no account system, no cloud sync, and no ad tracking in this first release.
