It needs much updates, it also needs to address the issue with the information not loading for the CSUS login or the bare minimum. Since we all want to get healthy this isn’t a way to convince more students to come on campus. Please fix the app and I will delete my review. ### 1/5 — Trash *2021-11-15, version 1.0* I’m a CS major and this is just utter garbage. I was excited when they first announced there was gonna be an app, but mortified when it actually came out. So many simple things could’ve been fixed but wasn’t??? The website worked perfectly and made sense but this app makes no sense. The app is confusing to use and most of the pages don’t actually work. But good luck even getting to that because the login process is a nightmare. You’ll have to wade through your school email for a username and password, after which it will ask you to change your password. The app isn’t horrible, everyone is overreacting. However, it does not let me log in. And I thought it was just me and that I was doing something wrong. I click on the reset password and the email takes forever to send. Then when I type in the GIVEN credentials (mind you, the given password), it says that it’s invalid. I’m not really sure what to do. Also, I tried to put skip and if i was trying to make a new account, it did not let me either way. They should make the app a lot more user friendly. I’ve asked the well members for help and they too are lost. Nobody seems to be able to navigate this horribly designed app. It seems as though the buttons within the reservation tab cannot be clicked. Please fix! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Login is not working *2024-06-13* Got a new phone and redownloaded the app, but it says my login credentials are incorrect… they aren’t because I copied the login info from my password manager which are up to date. The auth system is broken, please fix it. ### 1/5 — Bugs *2023-09-11* The app is filled with bugs and hardly works. There is times where it does not work at all. ### 1/5 — can’t even login *2023-03-01, version 1.0* bro fix the app it’s 2023 and i can’t even login. i don’t receive any emails when i click forget my password. ### 1/5 — login/resetting password issues *2023-02-02, version 1.0* this app is trash, it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE to login in now. i had forgotten my password and used the “forgot password” option to get my reset password to change it but the email never came to me. i went up to the service desk two times and was given two different passwords but they still didn’t work, man i even copied and paste it and it still had said “invalid username/password”. the service desk people didn’t know what else to do, so all they told me was to keep trying until it goes through. ofc i did tried some times but still no email given to me, not even the next day it still wasn’t there. note that the attachment in the email says “the email may be delayed, please wait 2-4 minutes for the email to come with the password reset”…lol that’s a lie. and even if it does come it’s still a waste of time and effort bc the given reset password NEVER works. so no more scanning in with the barcode, now i will have to go up to the desk and tell them my student ID number everytime i go up in the well until this app becomes more convenient with its issues resolved. not a happy hornet with this one chief 🫠 ### 1/5 — This must’ve been made by a failing CS student *2023-01-27, version 1.0* I make my account, can’t even log in right after. I check my CSUS email to see my credentials and I’m typing everything in letter for letter capital for capital, no mistakes. Yet I can’t get in. How on Earth am I paying exorbitant amounts of money to attend CSUS yet I have to download a pointless app to access the gym. (why can’t I just flash my OneCard to the service desk to get in????) Insane to me that this app has 140+ reviews averaging 1 star and something as simple as the log in screen doesn’t work, yet the faculty/administration/the failing CS student can’t figure out to fix this brain dead simple problem. Even had the front desk at the well try and they couldn’t log me in the app. Just gonna have to use my physical student ID every time.
