### 1/5 — Never recommend this app worst choice ever I have made

If you are opting this for corporate benefits you will only loose all your money after loading in wallet. They don’t allow you to buy anything not even prescribed medicines available on the app. They even don’t have customer care support. Most medicines are also not available on the app. I would recommend Medibuddy instead, there you can order most of medicines and other products. Trust me I’ve have recharged my wallet in 2025 but till date none of my medicines are available.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service on the Wellness Corner application. This has honestly been one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Not only is there a lack of clarity while booking slots, but the support team is completely unresponsive.

Waiting 12–15 minutes without any reply is unacceptable, especially when the service is supposed to be time-sensitive. It feels like no one is even bothered to assist or resolve issues.

If you’re unable to provide proper support or maintain basic service standards, it’s better to be transparent about it rather than leaving users frustrated and ignored. This kind of experience seriously affects trust and reliability.

Highly dissatisfied.

I purchased a Cult gym subscription through this app on February 8, and it was never renewed until March 4. After weeks of delays, excuses, and zero accountability, I was finally told they would issue a refund—and then asked to wait another 5–7 days. Completely unprofessional and unbelievably frustrating. This app has pathetic service, poor systems, and no respect for customers’ time or money. Strongly recommend staying far away from this app.

I’m extremely disappointed with this app. The customer service is practically nonexistent , responses take forever (if they come at all) and even then issues are rarely resolved.
The app is full of bugs , basic features stop working randomly requires constant reinstalling over and over again ( even if the app is updated to latest version)
On top of that the design is very poor as important things like appointments and test reports and buried and hard to find.
Would not recommend at all.

This is completely unacceptable. I booked an appointment which was cancelled due to partner unavailability, and I was told it would be rescheduled but I had to personally contact support to arrange a new date. Even on the rescheduled date, no one contacted me and no one showed up. When I followed up again, I was once more told that the partner was unavailable and asked to reschedule yet again. This repeated failure, lack of communication, and poor coordination have wasted my time and show a total disregard for customer commitments.

Most irritating app. When you click the appropriate buttons nothing shows on screen it goes white and we couldn't order or bit anything. I don't know why these kinda developers and ideas circulating I'm market with this level of cheap service provided to people. Even this app is 1 kB size. It's an utter waste to the phone.

Initially when I purchased their plan there were lot options, including fitness memberships. With time those got wiped out of app and now even ordering medicines is not working. Every time you type the medicine name, screen gets completely blank ( White) and no option to go back. So wallet money is stuck in a way. 😡😡

For first booking,  They had standard response as we are checking. Second time I booked, no one turned up and support did not even respond to my queries. Dont waste time using this app or services

I have taken a cult gym membership and its been more than 30 days and the membership is not activated. When I call the support care they always give some reason and extend the resolution by 2 to 3 days. It's been 30 days and my membership is still not activated.

I booked for a blood test for my sister through wellness corner and Tata 1mg was the vendor who came to collect the sample. They collected the sample on time and told us that the result will be shared to us in 10 hours. Since then I have been trying to reach out to wellness corner customer support to get the report. They started to tell the report will take 3 days which was not communicated initially. I contacted Tata 1 mg to get the report for which they replied that the report has been sent to wellness corner on time. When I'm asking the support team to send the report they just close the chat and do not share the report with me. They just held the report from me without any explanation and reason
