The room was fine - altho they put me in a disabled persons room- everything was very low - the generator from Euston development went all night - so no sleep - when I mentioned it to your front of house - she apologised but knew nothing about any noise  - for nearly £250 - very disappointing - all ur carpets need a big steam clean - the only thing I was pleasantly surprised at was the clipper teas and coffees
