However, there is an assistance button (question mark) ALWAYS on the screen and gives him a limitless amount of assistance. ie just keep pressing it and gets everything correct. Once he discovered this, the app kind of becomes counter productive. I suggest the developers to TAKE THIS FEATURE OFF OR AT LEAST FIVE THE OPTION TO TAKE IT OFF. ### 2/5 — Coloring book not working *2015-02-06* The coloring book does not work properly. Until he found out he could just mindlessly press te assistance button an unlimited amount of times and still receive the "congratulations!" Cue at the end. Now he mindlessly goes through the puzzles and gets frustrated because he is no longer challenged/entertained. I am removing this app until they either limit the times the assistance button can be pressed or remove it all together. It is not age appropriate. I enjoyed that he liked to work through the puzzles and would be proud of himself when he'd figure it out on his own - now he's encouraged to ask for help even when he's fully capable. :( very disappointed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No sound *2023-03-05* Paid for the upgraded version. I tried deleting and re-installing it but the only difference is now, you can color the inside of one of the o's in the word " school bus" a different color than the rest of the picture, but that's it. There is an error message suggesting my device is on mute but this is clearly not the case as I can see that the mute is not turned on the device and more importantly, the sound on all the other apps on my phone is working. Two attempts to reach out to the support team at tabtable have not been answered and they clearly don't care whether customers get what they paid for. Extremely dissatisfied, never received this kind of service from any other app providers. It's packed with learning activities and isn't just the bus. There's cars and trucks too! Memory, puzzles, of course the interactive song and more! Then of course you realize screens will pop up left and right to purchase the full version. That goes for pretty much every free IOS 'kids' game in existence. So anyway, he would keep coming back to this one, getting frustrated as the screens would pop up and didn't know how to close them. I gave in, in hopes of entertaining him long enough to relax for 10-15 minutes. It was a huge success. He LOVES wheels on the bus. There 2 others that are really great (also kind of similar) that he loves and I paid for. It is worth it for what you pay. Games like this keep him entertained because to him, it's an entire world to explore and it doesn't seem to get old. I paid for this about 6 months ago and he still keeps coming back. He turned 2 just last week. It's educational and just like most things, there is nothing wrong with having a young child play it as long their time is being limited. In most cases I think most kids are ready to do something else before too long anyway. This is one of very few I would recommend purchasing if your child does seem interested in the free version.
