Good informative instructionals on throws and positions-- if you are in an academy and receiving daily instruction- skip this and get the Blue Belt app which is worth it. It isn't very deep, it doesn't really tie anything together, and it's not at all what I was hoping for. If you can pick it up for free, fine, but don't waste your money on this crap. **Developer response:** The app is for the basic introduction to jiu jistu, we have other apps for the advanced levels. We'd love for you to try those. Roy Dean is a very good teacher, and has a very rechnical and smooth BJJ. My only criticism is that I wish they had a more in-depth menu. If it is was possible to jump straight to a particular technique that would be fantastic.
