My belief system about health changed 20 years ago when I was diagnosed with cancer. My search to conquer cancer led me to studies that showed that good health is not only what you eat. It is whom you listen to, what you read, what you watch, where you live, the people in your life and the things you subject your mind to. At Wholehealth our focus is to show you how to thrive as you age whether 40, 50 60 or beyond. We address your belief system and improve lifestyle habits, through coaching, consulting and online education.
