Order online now with the new Woods Coffee app. The Woods Coffee was established in 2002 by the Herman family in Lynden, Washington. With a dream of starting a chain of coffee shops, the Herman family pooled their talents and resources to create the first coffee shop on Bender Rd. in Lynden. After six months, they opened their second coffee shop, also in Lynden. Since then, they have continued on a steady growth pattern throughout Northwest Washington. Deleted the app months ago and tried again today—Aug 2023. Why have an app that doesn’t work? I can select food and drinks to order but unable to login to submit my order for pickup. I can enter my account name and password but nothing happens. I’m not going to enter my name, phone number and a new password every time. Deleted the app again. I can use the account name and password via the browser but not this mobile app. ### 1/5 — Not functional-remove this app *2023-07-25* iPhone 13 and now iPhone 14 this app is useless. Loads but can’t search for a Woods Coffee locations and has an error after selecting to login. Why create such a horrible app that patrons can’t use. One star is being generous. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2023-07-23* It took forever to create an account then once I did I could never log in. Tried to do a mobile order using the app before creating an account and it couldn’t take payment information. If the app is any indication of the store - all hype no substance ### 1/5 — App is not user friendly *2023-04-10* Tried to load payment card info multiple times and it won’t load my card. Also attempted to put money on a gift card and it still wouldn’t load. ### 1/5 — Such a waste of time *2023-03-21* I can’t believe I wasted 20 minutes of my life setting this app up only for it to not even connect and process the order. Asked an employee, and even he stated they don’t recommend using it. Hence than waiting an additional 10 minutes in line to order coffee. ### 1/5 — Wouldn’t process payment *2023-03-08* Kept timing out when processing order. Then would say new pickup time is 5 minutes later. It wasn’t my Wi-Fi. Everything else was working fine. ### 1/5 — Error messages not readable *2023-01-16, version 1.0.1* When I ordered through the app the first time there was some kind of error message but since it was offset on the screen I couldn’t read what it was. The order hung and never did go through. Since I couldn’t take my dogs in with me, I left without my coffee. ### 1/5 — App does not work. *2022-07-28, version 1.0.1* The long line was faster than the wonky app. Entering in info is tedious. Constant freezing and glitching. The credit card field doesn’t work well either. Tried entering my credit card # but doesn’t work. Then, tried the auto feature where it used my camera to capture credit card #. But, it entered extra numbers and wouldn’t allow me to edit them. Bizarre! ### 2/5 — App and web not synced, no card refill *2021-11-19, version 1.0.1* The phone app itself does not sync to the browser login. That causes more issues. You can enter credit card via the web login but not on the phone app. Just watch the spiny things while it tries. Worse than that, the web portal won’t let you add the gift card so you can’t reload the card so pretty useless as well. I resort to handing them my credit card at checkout and ask them to reload my card balance. Then I can once again use the app for payments via the gift card stored in my phone app. ### 1/5 — Can’t enter card *2021-06-26, version 1.0.1* I can’t pay through this since I can’t enter my card for some reason.
