La recomiendo 100% porque además de explicar el ejercicio te da los tiempos de inicio y fin. I can’t mirror it to my tv because it lags & I can’t follow workout properly. Also I hate that I can’t play my own music in the background even if I turn the music off the whole app shuts down if I try to play my own music.
