## What is THE Workout Tracker App?

THE Workout Tracker app is designed to be a tool to complement tracking your workouts with either weights or cardio. To do so, there is an ad bar in the app. But that's it. THE Workout Tracker app lets you log your workout exercises for both weights and cardio, generate a workout routine based on goals and simple body measurements, and track your workouts. Really simple and really useful.
