New in documents: your business name, address and phone on every estimate and invoice; a cleaner line-item layout with totals; the WorkTool logo on every PDF; search documents by number across all your projects; Duplicate, Convert (estimate to invoice, work order or supply order) and Delete from any document; internal notes your customer never sees; customers can approve an estimate with a drawn signature and the signed copy is emailed automatically. Team: businesses you belong to now appear on your Projects tab; admins can change member roles. Fixes: push notifications now arrive (they were silent since 7.0.0); links to WorkTool open in the app and Password AutoFill works on sign-in; business names no longer push the Team button off screen; pick a contact and start a project from the Projects screen; the Messages badge clears when you read the thread; you are signed in automatically after resetting your password.

Cut my software cost

I’ve just seen this app updated and are building out some cool features for all service businesses. I have a small contracting company and have used JobNimbus for years but they have a lot I don’t need and they cost a fair amount for my small business and they have gone up on their prices multiple times over the years. For my small two person company I’m using the projects pro plan to track my customers for $60 per month for the two of us. I also like the social part of Worktool and feel like it’s better than Facebook and Linked in for business. I hope it catches on with other businesses in my area.
