## What is the worry jar?

the worry jar is a small, quiet space for the things weighing on you. 

When something is on your mind, tap the jar and let it out. Your worry settles inside as a soft, glowing firefly — wandering gently, waiting.

When you're ready, release one. It floats up and out of the jar, transforming into a star in your night sky. Some things belong to the sky now — there's no need to carry them.
