Log in credentials set up online when joining never worked. Password reset requests never received. Gave up and just deleted !! ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2025-10-27, version 7.37.1* Will let me log in on website but not on app using the same details ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2025-08-25, version 7.34.1* Will let me log in on website but not on app using the same details ### 1/5 — App is buggy and bookings don’t work *2024-03-16, version 6.5.23* Kicks me out every time I try to book a class and then says I’m not a member so can’t book, but I am. They force us to use the app to book but then the app doesn’t work! I wanted to book an Aqua Aerobics class and was directed to this App. I down loaded the App (should have read some of the reviews but I didn’t…🤦‍♀️) and discovered the App wants my height and weight, before I can set up an account. Nope! Not ok. That’s very personal information that I’m not keen to put into an app. The I discovered that you can’t turn the location tracking off. Nope again 👎👎👎 YMCA, I’m disappointed. Get it together. I’ll take my business back to the AIS. ### 1/5 — Invasion of privacy and disappointing ethics *2021-12-11, version 6.2.1* This app is buggy and difficult to use and the privacy settings are completely inappropriate. I am appalled that our local pool will not allow bookings over the phone or through a website portal and now insists on the use of this app. 1) people in the local community without access to a smart phone now cannot book 2) the app will not allow the set up of an account without agreeing to the sharing of personal health data, including inputting weight, height and date of birth 3) the app displays the name of the people who have booked classes for everyone to see, also contrary to privacy 4) agreeing use of your personal well-being data and data for marketing is mandatory for setting up the app 5) you cannot book for another person (child, partner, friend etc) This app will make me stop using the local pool. ### 1/5 — Location tracking shouldn’t be mandatory *2021-02-27, version 5.0.9* Can’t get access to the app without agreeing to location tracking. This is unnecessary if only reason you have the app is to access booking function. ### 2/5 — Aqua aerobics *2021-05-17, version 5.0.9* We got told this morning that the last day for our 7.15 aqua is the 31st may this is a great class on mon/wed a lot of the older people attend it.
