New app does the same in a nicer font. Awful ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-09-07, version 24.02.7* Honestly ridiculous how horrible this app is. It never loads up and if it some how manages to it's super glitchy as well. You would expect a prestigious school like Yale to be able to develop an app that works but guess not. ### 1/5 — Glitchy slow app and always requires log in *2024-06-28, version 24.02.7* This app is pretty slow and always requires unnecessary logging in each time which is a huge waste. It also always states my user and password is incorrect, which is incorrect, and I have to consistently change it. It looks suspect. ### 1/5 — Poorly designed *2022-11-18, version 1.0.17* As a fairly computer savvy individual I am shocked at the poor design of this app. It requires a separate user name and password, and then requires in app sign in with your original username and password. Clunky, poorly designed. If this was submitted to me in my coding class I would give it a C or D ### 1/5 — Login issues *2021-09-12, version 1.0.14* Downloaded the app today. Unable to login with my user name and pword that I’ve used for 15 years. Requested an email to “reset” pword, but never received one. Suspicious about app validity. Don’t know if this app is even connected to Yale Club data, not functioning or worse yet, phishing. ### 3/5 — How to use *2024-06-29, version 24.02.7* This is a handy way to display your membership card. As a tip, the mobile app does not use your Yale Club username or password. Your app username is your club membership number (including all the zeros). To get a new password, click forgot password, use your member number as username and your usual email. You will get a reset password email from “pacesetter.” Once you are in the app it will at some point ask for your *website* username and password. The app will send you to the website for hotel reservations, etc. ### 5/5 — Great new app *2021-10-18, version 1.0.17* Fantastic app to keep up to date with Yale Club happenings. Great to have everything in one place. Two separate log-ins (one new to get started and then same one for old account), but not hard to figure out.
