The app does not accurately show the number of classes I’ve taken—it lists fewer than I actually have. It also only shows one upcoming class I’ve scheduled, even though I’ve booked several. When I log into the Yoga Box website, everything appears correctly, so I know the issue is specific to the app. Additionally, the new app does not display my membership information, unlike the previous version or the website. It also requires credit card information to book a class, even though my debit card is already saved to my account. This was never an issue with the old app. Another frustrating feature is that classes no longer sync to my calendar automatically, which was a super helpful function in the previous version. On top of that, the login system seems completely inconsistent. My original password works on the website, but the app forced me to reset it—and now it seems like I have two separate accounts with the same email. The app version shows inaccurate and incomplete information, while the website shows everything as it should. Lastly, on the website, I can only book classes at one location (e.g., either Normal Heights or Downtown), but not both—which is very limiting for members like me who frequent multiple locations. Overall, I strongly preferred the previous app version. This new one feels buggy, incomplete, and disconnected from the actual member experience. I really hope the team can fix these issues—or bring back the old version that worked seamlessly. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2025-05-30* This interface is difficult to navigate and won’t sync with my calendar despite allowing proper permissions. The old app was much better; often times, less is more in that regard. ### 1/5 — Terrible app, terrible company *2025-05-29, version 7.601.1* Like their classes, you get what you pay for… ### 2/5 — Can’t book multiple classes *2025-05-29* we can’t book multiple classes at the same time. I also wish there was a way we were able to see our friends and book classes with our friends on the app on ClassPass. ### 1/5 — The update ruined everything that made this app usable. A total downgrade. *2025-05-29, version 7.601.1* Old version was clean and simple. Now it’s a cluttered mess. Disappointed. ### 1/5 — Hard to use *2025-05-29* There are several issues with this app. 1. If you go through the schedule, you can’t really see what you’ve booked. Sometimes it has the BOOKED next to it but sometimes, it doesn’t. 2. When viewing your upcoming (given the schedule doesn’t tell you if you booked something,) it only gives you the date. So you have go back and figure out the day of week yourself which is annoying, especially for someone like me who books a ton of classes in advance. ### 2/5 — New app is less user friendly *2025-05-28* The new app doesn’t have any options to add the classes I sign up for to my calendar, which is something I found extremely helpful. Additionally, I go to several different studios throughout the week and the new app doesn’t show each class I have signed up for on the home page, I have to go to my specific home page for each studio, making it very annoying ### 1/5 — New app is WORSE *2025-05-28* New app is worse than the old app. 1. Viewing classes in multiple locations resets to one location after booking a class. 2. Have to select location in top left before booking it. 3. Scrolling classes selects a class to easily. 4. Only shows the next 7 upcoming classes, not all classes that you’ve booked. Similarly, only shows your past 7 classes and not all your previous classes… I can continue. ### 1/5 — I miss the old app *2025-05-27* The new app is not user friendly. It’s hard to tell which classes are full and I don’t like how the classes in your schedule don’t list the day of the week. It makes it difficult to quickly book classes for a week. I miss the easy book button right on the main screen, now you have to click through a bunch of screens. Simpler is better. ### 1/5 — New app? *2025-05-26, version 7.601.1* Was told to download this new app via yogabox email, now I can only view one location at a time, and it does not sync up to my personal calendar like the old app did. You can’t see your full schedule in one place like you could on the old one. ### 1/5 — New app version doesn’t let me book *2025-06-03* New app does not let me book classes, it looks like it canceled my subscription without my permission. Very annoying and nobody seems to know how to fix the issue in the studio. Go back to the classic app! ### 1/5 — TERRIBLE NEW APP *2025-06-02* I have no idea why they switched to this app from the old app, and seemingly, without warning. Even some of the teachers had no idea that they went to this one. The old app allowed me to book multiple locations at once which is super important to me! It made me sign up for a “visitor” pass to book in Encinitas. Yoga Box, please go back to the old app. I really enjoy the classes and YB in person, but this app is outright frustrating. Lastly, if Im not switched to the location im going to the next day, it doesnt show that class on the homescreen. ### 1/5 — Inaccurate class count *2025-06-01, version 7.601.1* Inaccurate class count for my profile of the previously completed classes ### 1/5 — Prefer old version *2025-06-01* I don’t like the new version. You can’t filter schedule by the type of classes. I like to go to different locations which makes the new format frustrating. I can’t see my next scheduled class on the opening page if I don’t constantly change my yogabox location in the app ### 1/5 — PLEASE FIX IT *2025-06-01* New app is terrible, does not let you choose multiple locations and see our choices easily! It’s also trying to double charge me when my pass is good through the end of the month, it won’t let me book classes without payment while the pass section simultaneously tells me my pass is good through a future date. PLEASE FIX IT!!! I also was not notified of the app change which is annoying. ### 1/5 — Not syncing with calendar *2025-05-31, version 7.601.1* There are lots of inconveniences with this new app, but the one most urgently needing attention is syncing booked classes to your calendar. I’ve got all my permissions on and it’s still not working. ### 1/5 — Opposite of User Friendly *2025-05-31* The old app was so much easier to use and I could see multiple locations at one time. Now I can only see the classes I booked in ONE location on my main screen so if I’ve booked in a different location, it won’t show up in my list of classes. I know I've taken way over 200 classes and the new app shows below that. You have to select one location, and if you try to book a class in a different location, it forces you to switch. It was way more helpful to see the list of everything you have coming up. The booking page also needs a redo. The font is too small. It’s also frustrating that I can’t filter as well with this app and like many others have said I don’t like that it only shows one upcoming class.
