It's more than a physical workout, these classes give you the tools to change your mindset and create higher standards for yourself than you ever thought possible. 

These creative and carefully structured classes range from unique Vinyasa Flows, Yoga Sculpt and The Burn - a high vibe HIIT class.  Full length classes ranging from 8-45 minutes with either music included to move to the beat as well as classes you'll have the option to use your own favorite playlists. 

Have you noticed that you have a hard time following through with your plans and goals?  Our guided meditations and breath work classes are designed to help re wire your subconscious thoughts and patterns and remove the obstacles that have held you back in the past. 

If you are a beginner we recommend starting with the 30 day challenge, intermediates can jump right into the curated weekly lineup and pros can choose classes individually based on individual needs day by day.

I started taking classes with The Yoga Standard in 2019. Since then I have taken many other classes at other studios and TYS is still my favorite!

I like that every flow is different and you can tell that Brittni puts time and thought into each class she leads to make it more than just a workout.

Brittni has a beyond standard take on yoga and working out. Her formula is highly effective for a total transformation. After giving birth to twins and suffering from diastasis recti (abdominal separation) I joined The Yoga Standard and dedicated 45 minutes every day to myself. I’ve never been in better shape and all my kids join me on their mats. As Brittni says, “we come for the physical transformations, we leave with the mental!”
