I started taking classes with The Yoga Standard in 2019. Since then I have taken many other classes at other studios and TYS is still my favorite!

I like that every flow is different and you can tell that Brittni puts time and thought into each class she leads to make it more than just a workout.

Brittni has a beyond standard take on yoga and working out. Her formula is highly effective for a total transformation. After giving birth to twins and suffering from diastasis recti (abdominal separation) I joined The Yoga Standard and dedicated 45 minutes every day to myself. I’ve never been in better shape and all my kids join me on their mats. As Brittni says, “we come for the physical transformations, we leave with the mental!”
