Go back to the old layout ### 1/5 — App not loading *2020-02-07* For some reason the app stopped loading on my iPhone XS. Just keep seeing the “spinner”. I tried everything, updated the app, restarted my phone, closed the app completely. Nothing works. ### 1/5 — Stores refuse to accept the privilege card in the app *2018-10-03* What’s the use of the app if the stores don’t recognize the privilege card loaded on the app, insist it has to be the physical silver Rockefeller Privilege Card, and refuse to honor the discount. **Developer response:** So sorry to hear this. You should absolutely be able to use your digital privilege card at all participating Rockefeller Center retail locations.
