The Zone is a great app for mental wellness and nutrition. As a student athlete, having a app that tracks your mental health, wellness, and helps with nutrition, that sees you not only as an athlete but also a student is extremely helpful and thoughtful. The many guides and videos about wellness and nutrition are all very engaging and helpful, the app is also organized and not complicated.

I used the App it was amazing . I like how accessible the app is. Excellent features and very helpful health wise . Just give it a try ! You will not regret that decision.
