I wish there was an option to change how some products are categorized. I have a few makeup products that are listed under skincare as “other” instead of being listed under makeup as “primer” or “setting spray”. Also the product capability chart seems to change by the hour so fixing that would be great. Overall so far it is helpful but with a few improvements I know it can be great. ### 3/5 — Useful but AI is broken *2026-07-26, version 3.7.0* It worked well for the first few days - the data it gave me is very useful and provided a reason as to why my skin may have been freaking out. I really enjoy that I can scan all my products to be in the app. However, after maybe 2-3 days of use, the AI stopped working completely. It helps A LOT. Scans your face and ask about your —routine to design a specific skincare FOR YOU—. Afterwards, —it’ll explain what to get— for morning and night with description. You can ask it more questions as well. AND afterward, a WHOLE PAGE will —show about possible products— and describe what and why. Best part? —IT IS ALL FREE— (obv not the product which you have to buy). I love that it is free and hope it stays that way because originally, I thought you had to pay like everything else but no! It is such a refreshing change to the typical ones. ### 3/5 — Pretty good *2026-06-02* I really appreciate the app for not having to pay a whole lot! The option that lets you formulate a routine is extremely helpful as it lets you know what products will not react well together. My only issue was the scanner. I’m not sure if it’s just me, but my freckles got mistaken for pimples so it completely messed up my progress, which of course I get as it’s an ai scan and not a real in-person checkup. However, when I asked the Thea AI chat how to delete scans, it told me to click on the button that scans your face and click a clock, but I didn’t see a clock. (Or a history button which it also said to look for) I also checked whether or not the delete option was just for people with a subscription and it was not. I wasn’t subscribed but I still had all of the abilities it came with. This doesn’t affect me too much but it is quite frustrating since there’s no visible option to delete or flag scans as wrong, and I can also see how people who mainly rely on Thea for the scans would be angry with this issue. Al iniciar la App, solicita tomar fotos de tu rostro para identificar las características y problemas que presente y te da una puntuación del 1-100, en base a 5 categorías (y este proceso se repite 1 vez cada semana para ver el progreso de acuerdo a tu nuevo rutina) te hace una serie de preguntas para descubrir cuál es la causa de los problemas en tu piel, si tienes comedones, espinillas, acné fungico, etc. Después te pide que si quieres puedes ingresar los productos en tu rutina para ver si son aptos para tu tipo de piel ( y si no es el caso, te da alternativas más aptas😮‍💨😮‍💨). Viene integrada con IA para un mejor asesoramiento ya sea de tu rutina, productos, hasta para encontrar dupes🥹🥹🥹. En mi caso, mi limpiador, según mi tipo de piel, no era para uso diario porque tenía ácido salicílico y me había comprado el suero de ácido azelaico de Anua, entonces me recomendó la primera semana introducirlo en mi rutina 2 veces por la noche (porque mi piel es sensible) y si mi piel lo toleraba, que aumentara a 3-4 veces pero por la noche y me ha ido muy bien en estas dos semanas que llevo usándola. You can subscribe at the regular plan price.” At $59.99/ yr. If my code was accepted, what constitutes my account being invalid? I have heard a lot of good things about the app, and I am very disappointed. I have screenshots of everything. I cancelled literally at 5am on the day and they charged me. I found the app not helpful at all. I emailed Thea TWICE and they ignored both my emails. I requested for a refund on the day they took my payment and they are ignoring me. I used it one day on the free trial, i had to input what skincare products i currently use. Either by photo or manually, both method couldn’t find half of my skincare products. They’re common products from L’oréal and La Roche Posay, but couldn’t find it so I had to select that i use a different one. It recommended 4 products but they’re all very random ones and brands i’ve never heard. I think they’re sponsored with some brands and just recommending those ones. They took £60 payment from me and I don’t even like the app or will use it. It’s literally a scam where they offer promoted products and the customer service is avoiding you and taking your money.
