Seller for no reason cancels day before and resells immediately. Theatr says nothing to do. Absolutely crushing and upsetting. They ban legit users and then turn around and do nothing to the scammers. The worst part is their customer service. Don’t bother reaching out because they not only don’t help you but they flat out ignore the issue. My account had randomly been put under restrictions the other day not allowing me to purchase any more tickets which was odd. I then emailed support today after almost a week and asked about my 100+ dollars still being pending after six days of the tickets being purchased, they emailed me back telling me that due to suspicious activity on my account. My funds won’t be available for one whole month. I told them I need this money to buy my groceries for the week. I cannot afford to have this money, be sitting there in their hands for a whole month - seriously disappointed with the handling of this on the apps end.
