That the error message I receive after using it once or twice. Then I have to uninstall it then reinstall it to get it to work once or twice more then start the process over again. If I had to guess, I’d say I have reinstalled this app at least 20 times. The rest of the time I just don’t use it which is a shame since the idea of it is great. Fix the bugs please!

The app sends via mobile but to those in stores with devices the message cuts off and doesn't send the whole message. 2 min messages cut short randomly.

So I noticed recently that I will
Be recording a message and go to click “send” and it will say that my audio is too short; yet the message I recorded was probably a little over a minute. Not sure but this app and system seems to be going downhill as opposed to improving. 

Hope some changes happen soon, otherwise I will just go back to using the other communication methods.

App is great when it works...but it rarely works. Keep having to reinstall.  Won’t connect from my home WiFi for more than a day or two after I delete and reinstall the app.

When attempting to listen to announcements... often times when clicking the arrow to downloaded all I get is the spinning wheel and can never hear the message, eventually I either stop attempting or it disappears
