Placed an order on 19th March, till now it only shows ‘order received’. No tracking/status update. Customer support is unresponsive on WhatsApp chat, calls don’t reach as number is switched off and emails are ghosted. No accountability. Scammers and Fraudsters.

I absolutely love the collection over at Thebtclub. The quality and the options available are just amazing. Its even easier to get my favourites now with the app. Loved it!
