If you are using an iPad we suggest you use our full browser version because it is designed for that size screen natively. It’s unusable. *2026-02-26* Possibly the worst app I’ve ever used on this phone. We’re committed to the system with the CRM at my dealership and the fact that the app doesn’t work on cell phones is a real tHorn in our sides. They say they’re too busy with AI stuff to focus on the app. The AI stuff is much less important. Since changing to the iPhone 16 Pro Max, I’ve had the same problems as many other people have had with cursor being located a line or two away from where you’re typing. It makes it impossible to hit buttons without guessing and pressing the line or two above what you’re trying to hit on the screen. Basically renders the app useless to the point where i give up and leave leads sit for a few hours until i can get to a real computer. You guys really need to put out an update and improve this app if you’re going to have one. ### 3/5 — Needs Updates *2025-03-26* It has potential, but the app does not work well with iPhones. The text where you’re typing is displaying a line below where the text should be. Buttons aren’t fluid to locate, and the customer page is hard to navigate. I tried scanning in a VIN and have trouble hitting the button where it wants me to push; you have to hit above it to actually work. Is it true the last update for the app was a year ago? I hope they’re still continuing to develop this, it could be great. ### 1/5 — iPhone 16 Pro Max not compatible *2024-11-01* Same review stating the 16 does not work correctly with the apps true. It messes all my emails up. Clicking on certain buttons thinks it’s the one below. It’s just absolutely terrible. I can’t send photos by text or email. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max and the app is not the correct screen ratio for the slightly larger screen size, in turn skewing where all the buttons, cursors, clicks operate on the app making it 100% useless. As a sales rep who relies on this daily I hope something will be done about this ASAP considering this phone has no been out for a month and still no update to fix the issue. ### 1/5 — Hot steamy garbage *2024-10-09* Just riddled with bugs and/or bad UI. For a company (TheCRM) that prides themselves on tech/AI, and being a leader in CRMs, this app is laughable.
