Then I have to delete the app and start all over. It happens at least once a month and it happened just now twice in a night. Rotating the screen on iPhone can sometimes cause the image to go half black and unresponsive requiring restarting the app. I have asked about adding the ability to view more than one camera at a time and have beeb told this should be added in next 2 months so fingers crossed.
