## What is TheFamilyTracker?

Keep your family close — and let Zoe do the checking.

TheFamilyTracker is the family safety app that respects your time and your family's trust: a live family map, smart safety alerts, and Zoe — the family AI that watches over everyone so you don't have to keep checking.

THE LIVE FAMILY MAP
• See your whole family on one beautiful map, updating in real time
• Smart clustering keeps everyone visible — the family order you set decides who anchors the view
• Battery level, movement and last-seen for every member

PLACES & ALERTS
• Create Places (home, school, grandparents…) and get arrival/departure alerts
• "I'm here" check-in: one tap to reassure everyone
• SOS alert with last known position and battery — impossible to miss

NOTES — WARMTH IN ONE TAP (free on every plan)
• Eight little notes — "Thinking of you", "All good", "Running late", "Honk!" — sent with one tap, to one person or to everyone
• No typing and no chat: nothing is written, so nothing can go wrong
• Reply with a tap, and watch the note land with its own animation
• Children and toddlers have their own notes, on their own screens

TRAVEL-AWARE, WORRY-FREE
• Flight awareness: when someone boards a plane, the family sees "may be on a flight" instead of a scary "signal lost" — and a warm "landed safe!" arrives on touchdown
• Trips history: see routes, distances and driving behaviour for the last 90 days
• Route tracking with live ETA when someone is on the way

ZOE — YOUR FAMILY AI
• A weekly family digest, written for humans
• Smart explanations instead of raw alerts
• Ask Zoe anything about your family's week

PROTECTION YOU CAN TRUST
• Guardian monitoring tells you when a family phone loses its safety permissions, goes silent or the app is removed
• Transparent by design: no hidden tracking, every member sees what is shared
• Your family's data belongs to your family — never sold, never shared

FAIR, FAMILY-FIRST PRICING
• One subscription covers the whole family — every member, every device
• Premium comes with a 60-day free trial: full access, cancel anytime, pay nothing

Family safety is better together. Bring yours closer today.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.2.4 — 2026-09-19

Small update, steadier setup.

• Fixed two rare freezes on the setup screen when leaving it quickly or when the connection dropped mid-setup.
• Once your family has been running smoothly for a few weeks, the app may ask - at a calm moment - whether you'd rate it. Just the standard App Store request; a tap on "Not Now" and it's gone.

Thank you for keeping your family connected with TheFamilyTracker.

### 1.2.3 — 2026-09-14

Inviting family is now one tap. Share an invite link from Invite phone and the other phone installs the app and joins from it, or point its camera at the QR code. Your family invites another family straight from the Premium screen.

Also in this update:
• Joining with a pasted code now works with the keyboard's Done key.
• A clear message and an Open Settings button when the camera was denied.
• Fixed a crash when saving a place before its location had loaded.

### 1.2.2 — 2026-09-08

Family notes are here — free on every plan.

• Eight one-tap notes — "Thinking of you", "All good", "Running late", "Honk!" — to one person or to everyone. No typing, no chat.
• Reply with a tap; every note lands with its own animation.
• Kids and toddlers get their own notes, on their own screens.

Also: flights draw as a real arc over the globe, guardians can read the roster and manage Places, steadier map framing, and a launch crash fixed on Honor phones.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-09-06

No release notes.
