I have restaurant in Coin Malaga im trying to cancel inside the 3 months period and i can’t cancel. They ofering you 3 months free contract where you can cancel anytime but really you can’t You only have few days to cancel pls do not fall for this scam .  Please read the contract. Remember this app its useles only steal your clients who reserve anyway in your restaurant number who comes up on Google map.  Thieves.

Nous ne recommandons pas cette entreprise. Nous avons résilié notre contrat depuis un certain temps, mais nous avons tout de même reçu une nouvelle facture, alors que nous ne travaillons plus avec eux.

Nous avons essayé de contacter le responsable, mais il ne répond pas ou évite le sujet.

Nous apprécierions qu’on nous contacte afin de résoudre ce problème dès que possible. Ce manque de réponse montre un réel manque de professionnalisme.

The fork sont des voleurs. Amis restaurateurs, ne souscrivez surtout pas un abonnement chez eux. Il est préférable de se tourner vers la concurrence comme Zenchef. Ils utilisent des techniques de vente forcée. Nous recevons des factures alors que nous avons résilié, ils nous ont facturé des services que nous n’avions pas demandé ou bien négocié avec leur “commerciale” qui a bloqué notre numéro une fois que nous avions souscrit. Ils vous annoncent un prix alléchant et finalement la facture est bien plus salée !! 2€ par couvert qui utilise le bouton “réserver” sur google. Maintenant nous passons par zenchef pour avoir ce bouton “réserver” et ils nous envoie une facture pour les clients ayant réservé via ce bouton alors que nous ne sommes plus chez eux… 
ils vous font comprendre qu’il faut brader les prix pour être référencés sinon on passe à la trappe (-50% sur la carte!!!). Une gestion déplorable, avec des commerciaux fantômes puisqu’ils disparaissent tous magiquement et on passe à un autre qui nous annonce qu’il n’a pas de traces de ce qu’on a négocié avec le précédent et donc doit nous facturer plein pot. Bref, c’est à fuir!

nella nuova versione sono attivi dei filtri che spesso non permettono di visualizzare le nuove prenotazioni. spesso si deve chiudere l’app e riaprirla per vedere la situazione aggiornata. non servono tutti quei filtri, creano solo confusione. spero venga sistemata e la recensione sarà migliore
