I cannot place a review for my order. But the ordering is not possible - if your phone is set to German. After 3 of these I gave up. For the price of the goggles they need to greatly improve the software experience. This remark was made by another user one year ago (!). Maybe one should go and fix it or otherwise deactivate this app for orders. First, the face scan literally takes 6 seconds. Doing the scan so fast can seem like a good thing. However, having dealt with other face recognition apps that take much longer in scanning your face makes me think the scan can’t be of very high quality. I emailed several times to express this concern and I have received absolutely no response. They are very good at sending you a lot of unsolicited e-mail. Perhaps I am wrong and will be delighted with the quality of the goggles but based on my experience so far I am not keeping my hopes high. After trying them for a few weeks there was no way they fit correctly. One eye was okay, but leaked a little. The other was inside my eye socket, caused pain every time I tried them and leaked even worse. By the time I gave up on them and switch back to my off the shelf Vanquishers (only issue is they leave marks around my eyes, but no leaks and no pain) I was outside their 30 day window for returns.
