I’ve been using this app to sleep every night and I love it! I really enjoy that I can control the sound volume of each sound and mix them

I started using this app to help me sleep better at night because of my anxiety. So far it’s been amazing! I sleep so much better especially since there’s a timer that can shut off the sound after a selected amount of time.

The sleep noise options really helped me these last couple of days. I travel a lot for work and sleep in different environments in different time zones. Having something consistent helped my mind to relax and calm down to be able to get the sleep I need. 9.8/10. Would recommend
