## What is ThenThat?

ThenThat is the habit tracker built around progress, not perfection.

Breaking a habit streak feels painful. ThenThat takes a more supportive approach: track your trends over time, stay motivated after missed days, and keep moving forward. Streaks are still available if you want them.

Build habits that fit real life:
- Flexible schedules, including patterns like every other Sunday
- Weekly overview to see what is due and when
- Habit stacking reminders that trigger the next habit after the first one is done
- Widgets for weekly overview, routines, and single-habit focus

Turn your Apple devices into a habit coach:
- Full Shortcuts integration to trigger reminders, complete habits, and log quantities
- Use automations to get routine and habit reminders at the right moment
- Apple Health sync, including reminders based on health events like "After Sleep"
- iCloud sync for habits, reminders, and progress across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch

Private, simple pricing:
- Free version includes up to 3 habits
- One-time purchase to unlock unlimited habits
- No subscription
- Your data stays in your devices
