The crossword itself is poorly designed. You only get questions to the top portion but not the rest, which makes the puzzle impossible to complete. Worse than that a lot of the questions are NOT of a spiritual nature. The spiritual nature of the puzzle, is why most Brothers and Sisters would choose to play this particular crossword in the first place. I had to delete it. If you are not bothered by the fact that worldy questions are mixed in with spiritual questions, that is up to your own spiritual conscience. But if you think your getting a 100% spiritual experience with this app, think again. I just had to warn my spiritual family that this game is not on the up and up! ### 1/5 — Access *2021-03-26, version 1.0.32* Downloaded the app but can’t open the crosswords:(. Keeps on going to a tutorial crossword that tells me how to use the app. ### 2/5 — Questionable Clues *2025-03-23, version 1.03.06* I enjoy crosswords and was intrigued by this app which claims to be designed by and for Jehovah’s Witnesses. While I expected some secular clues, I was disappointed to see clues for unclean slang terms that true Christians don’t use. Sadly I cannot recommend. ### 2/5 — Could use some work *2022-10-30, version 1.0.48* I first tried on my phone but the puzzle itself is not adjustable so it’s very hard to see where you’re at in the boxes and it becomes a mess when applying corrections - next tried on my iPad which made the puzzle itself bigger but now I only get 1.75 of 2 lines of puzzle questions - some I could not see the complete puzzle questions - this became more frustrating than relaxing - I’ll check back in a while see if it’s improved Thank you **Developer response:** It is true that crosswords may be difficult to see on a phone. However please keep in mind that the crossword clues are scrollable - if you cannot see the complete crossword question you can simply tap and drag to see the whole clue. I always have my Bible handy to compare and look up scriptures. What I find ‘irritating’ is it is hard to go back to make corrections, only to create more mistakes, the slowness, letters don’t fill in quickly, and the lack of knowing which direction the puzzle is going. An orange box shows where the letter will go but not if it’s going vertically or horizontally. $2+tax wouldn’t be much if I could pay without the frustration. If possible, could there be a red flag to indicate that the WRONG WORD was entered?
