This is ridiculous ### 2/5 — Needs a lot of work *2025-05-13, version 1.5.2* Very frustrating app. Some aspects work well yet overall it feels lazy and incomplete ### 1/5 — Cheap app falsely advertised *2024-08-03, version 1.3.0* The app has a section called ‘songs’ where you should be able to download sheet music that connects via Bluetooth to the keys. When you hit download it says it is saved to the album but there is no album section in the app and a weird pop up comes up saying ‘tips’ with Chinese under it. ### 1/5 — Never lets me connect a cable to ONE piano without bluetooth *2024-06-28, version 1.3.0* I have an older “The ONE Light” piano, which has NO bluetooth (too old). This app ENDLESSLY spins trying to connect to it via bluetooth, and NEVER lets me press the “Use Cable” option on my iPad. It’s STUPID that they don’t even support THEIR OWN pianos. Instead it FORCES me to use my tiny little iphone, where I can barely read the notes. STUPID app. The piano itself is fine; but I wish I had not PAID for this stupid app. I have to pay for a DIFFERENT app at the same time, just to do anything useful. ### 1/5 — iPad Air *2024-04-02, version 1.3.0* Glad I didn’t buy the one smart piano on Amazon. I downloaded the app and all it does when you open the app is closes. ### 1/5 — Loved it until… *2024-03-17, version 1.2.0* I got The One Smart Piano for my birthday on March 7th. I started playing immediately, going through the course and played every day until a few days ago. When I sat down to play today, all my data was gone. Thinking it just logged me out, I signed back in with Apple (which is how I always log in) and it wanted me to create a new account. My progress has been completely lost and there are no albums or songs available to play. Everything is now in Chinese or some similar language. It’s completely unusable. I requested this keyboard specifically because of the app and key highlighting. ### 3/5 — Not bad *2024-02-13, version 1.1.0* Good option X for the One in the keyboard settings for using only midi. But you should align your interface on Chordana play Casio. Without subscriptions! Monthly pay is too much. Taking that you didn’t let us to choose any other songs midi, like it possible in Chordana. App good for free using. Upd It’s good that all classical tracks are for free. But there is no full tracks. They are short, like demo-mode. I want you to let for users full access to free tracks. User can’t be able to learn a piece of music completely. Even for fee! You should do full-mode tracks. Otherwise it looks like joke, kid rattle - not reputable application. It should have properly elaborated to get a perfect shape. At the moment application looks sloppy. People can buy more cheap keyboards, or simply Casio (even little bit more expensive) with useful application, if you couldn’t let the freedom feeling with your apps. Keyboard sounds not bad. Video lessons are pretty. I feel that you tried to made good product. Now whenever I try to load a song for her I get a pop up that says, Tips Network exception, please check your internet connection. I’ve tried every trick in the book to fix it and always the same error. Pretty much makes the app useless. I love Disney and I know there are lots of people who also love Disney so it would be really cool to learn how to play a Disney song! I completed all the lessons in just a few nights and I’m not near ready to play the songs just by reading the sheet music, also while trying to pay attention to the lights. The game is fun and is helpful for muscle memory learning hand placement and notes, however there’s not reading music practice along with it. And I absolutely love the fact that you can download sheet music-BUT I feel like that’s so much more advanced. However, when I first got it years ago, they had SO MANY songs and the app was so easy to use and you could slow or speed up the song to learn at your own pace. BUT NOW - after returning to it several years later, the new set up has less options and so many FEWER songs! Plus, there is no option to buy or add songs! Even easy classics are no longer available. It’s actually so limited, I’m looking into another smart piano - as I can’t even find the songs I used to have on the app anymore.
