Thought I would delete my account. “You may delete your Theory Test Pro within the mobile app”. Annoying but ok. Logged in and used Face ID scan for password and did the same for the account deletion page. “Password incorrect”. I even tried entering my password manually and this did not work. If you want to use this service make sure you are okay with an account which can never be deleted ### 5/5 — Passed my theory first time! *2025-03-24* My driving instructor gave me full access to this app and I completed all 700+ questions the week before my theory test and passed 48/50! However, the hazard perceptions are very inconsistent in the timing you have to press the screen. I have found this app really simple, easy and helpful to use and I have passed my theory test flying, thanks to this app. I did 733/733 questions all answered correctly and I recommend everyone does the same as it really is the only way to ensure you’ll pass 98%. However, I would say, when I was in there about 6 or 7 questions I had NEVER seen before! One of which included something about a Red Route.. I had and still have no idea what a red route is. Various other questions I had no idea what they meant and they weren’t included in the theory and I have no idea still what any of them atcually mean.However nonetheless a fabulous app that has helped me pass my test! I never thought I’d pass my theory but I used this app and passed first time! You can’t get a closer app to the actual thing.. And won’t let me contact support to solve the problem ### 3/5 — Okay *2023-08-13* I passed my theory test with this app first try so in terms of revision, the app is great. However, once you’ve completed a topic, it turns green and you can’t see how many questions are in the topic. Also, when you are doing the questions, there’s no indication of how many questions you’ve got left. Furthermore, when you answer all the questions in a topic correctly (this can be across different sessions), it just says you’ve gotten all the questions right and doesn’t show you your score. You cannot review which questions you’ve gotten wrong after the topic test. You can only see your score and review the questions completed on the mock test. ### 3/5 — New Clips *2023-05-10, version 2.16* While this app is great for preparing you for your theory and hazard perception tests, the clips on the hazard perception desperately need updating. The video clips are old and there are times where you are unable to ascertain where the hazard actually is actually is. The clips need updating as a matter of urgency. You should do at least 2 mock tests a day and at least 50+ practice questions daily and this will help you pass your theory test. Even though, I passed on my 3rd try which was because I didn’t revise much on the first 2 tries but yh this all is great. Mock tests are easy to complete and set you up for the real thing with very similar questions, this also applies to the hazard perception. My instructor set me up on this app and it landed me a score I’m very happy with so I can get on with the practical element of the test and leave with no worries. I now cannot log into my account and the support is also confusing. However having logged in to our account on both the iPhone and iPad apps, this other language seems to have disappeared and there is no access to your account to try to set it up. Am I being stupid, or is this right? Which made me fail!! ### 2/5 — Decent for prep, but false pricing *2022-02-14, version 2.4* I paid £3 for this app through my instructor, and started preparing. I could use all the hazard perception clips and all questions until about a week before my test, when the app suddenly decided I could no longer access all the content and would have to pay £4.49 to access the same content I had done a few days before. No transparency in pricing, I’m not sure whether my £3 payment only covered a certain time frame or why this has happened.
