Worked once, then continuously failed to connect to server. Basically worthless. ### 1/5 — App has immediate error upon opening *2020-04-24, version 1.5.1* I’ve bought the bands, downloaded the app, and hoped to use the app as a tool for my patients to navigate. I wish I’d tried the app before buying the bands. It seems based on feedback, this app has never worked. I will need to make my own videos for my patients. A company as large as theraband (Performance Health) should be able to get it together. Application is installed and instructions are OK but none of the videos work. Every exercise has a video and play button but none of the videos work. Basically it is a bunch of YouTube videos and the videos won’t even open on the app itself they open in your browsers. Easy solution why don’t you just replace the app with an organize playlist on YouTube? Perhaps a few playlists by body part. Let me know if you do get that . I even tried deleting it and installing it again twice and it still doesn’t work. I went to the website and sent two notes about the APP not working and have not received a response. How hard can it be to get an APP to work or respond to an email? ### 1/5 — Worked once since downloading *2020-04-29, version 1.5.1* I have these bands as a part of my physical therapy, but I would like to use them for my regular workouts during the quarantine. However, I have only been able to successfully open the app once. I have been getting server errors. Save the ones you like to build a repertoire. Short yet helpful videos. Well done 👍🏻 ### 5/5 — Great resourse on the road! *2015-10-07, version 1.4* this app features a great collection of exercises. searching by muscle group or body part is cool too. ### 3/5 — Needs better search options *2019-10-15, version 1.5.1* If you don’t know what exercises to look for then it’s almost useless unless you go through and read every one to see which would work best for you. A search as simple as “shoulders” or “glutes” would help! ### 2/5 — Wasted potential *2022-02-13, version 2.0.0* There is a lot here to be excited about but the app cannot seem to get out of its own way. Not sure if this app was created with minimal budget or if it was as a new app designer, but I can tell you little to no UX testing and feedback was solicited or incorporated. I give it two stars only because they the spirit of the app is something they should build upon. - Exercise finder would be more helpful if there was a guided search feature. - Search seemed jargon heavy making navigation by a layman a poor experience. - When you open an exercise, it loads the first exercise image. The problem is most of them are videos which automatically takes you out of the app by opening Youtube. I don’t even know if this is the exercise of choice and know I have to watch a video or switch back to the app. - No home button. I was 8 pages into looking at the menu and exercises and had to keep hitting “back” to return. Particularly annoying was when I would hit back and the previous page was one of those videos which takes you to YouTube. Extremely annoying and a waste of time. After all of this I just closed out the app. ### 2/5 — Sends you to YouTube *2021-10-03, version 2.0.0* It would have been great if the app contained the exercises. But it sends you to YouTube to watch the exercises.
